As an avid student of the Bible with a heart for the Kingdom of God, being a content creator for an international ministry like Mission Generation is a dream come true for Ethan. Whether in-depth Bible study is needed in a person’s life or if they need to start a fresh relationship with Jesus, Ethan is always ready to counsel, advise or lead those around him. Using today’s digital arena to share God’s goodness through writing and video production allows Ethan to build relationships with other believers and share information about the ministry.
Ethan has had the privilege to do missionary work in Asia since graduating from Rhema Bible Training College. He has seen skeptical Hindus receive instantaneous healing miracles, and has led Muslims to Christ in Bangladesh. Ethan worked on multiple outreach projects with a Full-Gospel church in Hong Kong, and was able to share the un-filtered Gospel of Jesus Christ with many people in mainland-China. Being used by God to encourage and build up local groups of believers in these areas has greatly impacted Ethan’s life.
Ethan grew up in a suburb of Houston, TX in a Full-Gospel household. After graduating highschool, he moved to Broken Arrow, OK to attend Rhema. Ethan married his high school sweetheart in 2014 before his final year at Rhema, and they moved back to the Houston area after he graduated.
After pursuing a career in a few different fields ranging from automotive service to oil and gas, Ethan has found a niche in the mortgage industry working for a software company. He manages customer support, user training and digital marketing. Ethan has volunteered at his home church in Galveston, TX in multiple capacities. He has worked with children’s groups of all ages, led various Bible Study groups for adults and teenagers, and is currently volunteering on the worship team as the keyboard player. Ethan and his wife, Hayley have 1 daughter and are expecting their second child in late 2021.
