Erika associates with non-profit organizations both nationally and internationally, to promote educational programs in prevention of social risks. She also serves social aid projects and the construction of schools and medical centers in low-income communities. Erika has more than 15 years of experience developing strategic relationships in the private, public and non-profit sectors in 21 Spanish-speaking countries.
Since 2005 she has worked in the implementation of educational projects and programs for the prevention of social risks based on biblical principles and values, which are applied in schools during academic hours.
Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, with a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Human Resources from the Gabriel René Moreno University, she began her career as a volunteer in educational and health projects. She married Roberto Carlos 8 years ago, and together they share a passion for educating and developing skills in young people to face the future.
